After you order or request a survey
Single-split Standard Installation is the registered-interest path — you get a Customer Portal login to track the job and keep certificates. Pay in 3 may be available after order confirmation: one third when you pay, then two automatic monthly instalments. Typical timescales will be stated at order; we are not publishing a percentage claim on this page until ops confirm it.
Multi-split and Daikin Multi+ sit in the portal as a saved configuration or enquiry, then a survey, then a formal quote. No payment until that quote exists.
