    Pretium Synergy is growing fast, and we’re looking for a talented electrician to help deliver high-quality solar PV, battery storage and EV ChargePoint installations in homes across the region.

    What you’ll do

    • Install solar PV, battery storage and EV chargers in residential properties
    • Complete wiring, testing, commissioning and certification
    • Occasionally lead small teams on site
    • Deliver safe, tidy and customer-focused installations

    What you’ll bring

    • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) + 18th Edition
    • Experience with inverters and battery systems
    • BPEC / EAL / LCL solar & battery qualification
    • 2391 or equivalent (Inspection & Testing)
    • ECS/CSCS or competent person scheme
    • Comfortable working in occupied homes
    • Familiarity with MCS standards

  • Customer Service Manager

    We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager to be the friendly, knowledgeable guide supporting customers every step of the way — from first enquiry to installation, aftercare and beyond.

    This is a relationship-focused role. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and making technical journeys feel simple, this is a strong fit.

    What you’ll do

    • Be the primary point of contact through solar, battery, EV charger or heat pump projects
    • Guide customers with clear updates, next steps and expectations
    • Manage queries and aftercare calmly and warmly
    • Ensure documentation and system understanding at handover
    • Schedule surveys and installation dates with operations
    • Keep customer and project information up to date
    • Work with technical teams to resolve queries quickly
    • Spot bottlenecks, escalate complex issues, and feed back improvements

    What you’ll bring

    • Experience in customer service, customer success, coordination or similar
    • Excellent communication — clear, calm, warm and reassuring
    • Strong organisation across multiple customer journeys
    • A proactive, problem-solving, customer-first mindset
    • Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office and Microsoft Teams
    • Renewables, utilities or home-improvement experience is a bonus

  • Business Manager — Commercial

    Develop commercial relationships and guide organisations through their clean-energy journey

    We’re expanding our commercial division and looking for a Business Manager to lead, support and grow a portfolio of commercial clients.

    If you excel at building long-term relationships, identifying opportunities and guiding clients through complex clean-energy projects clearly, this role is ideal.

    What you’ll do

    • Own a commercial customer portfolio with a P&L mindset
    • Act as single point of contact from early conversation through design, install and aftercare
    • Identify and develop relationships with SMEs, property managers, public sector and light industrial clients
    • Develop tailored proposals for solar, battery, EV charging and heat pumps
    • Build and manage a qualified commercial pipeline
    • Collaborate with surveyors, designers, operations and installation teams
    • Oversee handover packs, warranties and documentation
    • Track commercial KPIs and support forecasting

    What you’ll bring

    • Strong experience in business development, account management or commercial CRM
