Terms of Service – ChargePoint Operations Services

The Services allow you to locate, access, and pay for electric vehicle charging on charge points either operated by Pretium or managed on behalf of a Charge Point Host (“Host”). The Services may also include reservation functionality, payment processing, customer support, and digital receipts.

• 1.1 When Pretium owns and operates the charge point
  • Your charging contract for electricity is with Pretium Synergy Ltd.
  • Your parking contract remains between you and the Host.
• 1.2 When Pretium acts as agent for a Host-owned charge point
  • Your contract for electricity and/or parking is with the Host.
  • Pretium provides the software platform, payment processing, receipts, and support but is not your contractual counterparty.

• Some charge points allow session initiation by RFID.
• Pretium does not issue RFID cards under these Terms.
• Cards purchased via our website are governed separately.

• 4.1 Display of pricing – Prices shown include price per kWh and any applicable fees (start, time-based, reservation, parking, overstay).
• 4.2 VAT – All prices displayed in the app are shown ex-VAT. VAT is added and itemised on invoices.
• 4.3 Final price – Your final price depends on actual usage and applicable fees. A receipt is provided after each session.

• 5.1 Payment methods – Wallet, saved card, Apple Pay / Google Pay, or invoice (business customers).
• 5.2 Invoicing – Invoices are typically due within 15 days. Late payment may result in suspension and fees.
• 5.3 Failed payments – We may retry or request a new payment method.

• 6.1 Reservations – Where supported, reservation fees will be shown before confirmation.
• 6.2 No-shows and overstays – Hosts may apply relevant fees.
• 6.3 Parking rules – You must comply with all on‑site signage.

We process data to provide services, payments, fraud prevention, support, and improvements. Rights include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability.
