Annex A — Schedule of Additional Charges
1. Rescheduling and Missed Appointments
These fees apply only when delays are caused by the customer (e.g., late rescheduling, no access). They do not apply where the delay is caused by us.
1.1 Late rescheduling (less than 3 working days’ notice)
If you reschedule your installation with fewer than 3 working days’ notice, an additional fee may apply to cover the cost of lost labour time.
1.2 Failed delivery or installation attempt
If we arrive to deliver products or carry out installation and cannot proceed because you are not present, we cannot access the property, required preparations were not completed, or the appointment was cancelled late, then a fee may apply to cover the visit and rebooking.
2. Extra Installation Work Outside Standard Scope
These fees apply when work is requested or required beyond the standard installation package. All additional work will be discussed with you beforehand and agreed in writing.
2.1 Additional cable runs
- EV ChargePoint: £12 per metre + VAT
- Solar PV DC cabling: £8 per metre + VAT
- Battery / Inverter cabling: £10 per metre + VAT
- AC / ASHP pipework: £55 per metre + VAT (includes insulated copper pipe)
2.2 Additional drilling or core holes
For walls thicker than 500 mm or non-standard surfaces (stone, reinforced concrete, etc.):
2.3 Groundworks (if requested)
Standard installation does not include any digging, trenching, or concrete work. If you request this work, we may quote separately or recommend a specialist contractor.
2.4 Consumer unit upgrades
- Replacement consumer unit: from £550 + VAT
- Installation of isolator switches (e.g., for AC or ASHP): £75 + VAT
2.5 Meter tails or earthing upgrades
If required to meet electrical safety standards:

3.1 Removal of existing equipment
- Gas boiler removal (Gas Safe engineer): from £350 + VAT
- Old EV charger removal: £45 + VAT
- Old AC/ASHP unit removal: from £150 + VAT
3.2 Hot water cylinder replacement (ASHP installations)
New cylinder supply and installation are optional and quoted separately based on capacity and specification.
4. Cancellation Charges (Outside the Statutory Cooling-Off Period)
The fees below apply only when you cancel after the statutory cooling-off period has ended, or you are a business customer, or you cancel after installation has begun but before it is complete. These charges do not apply when a consumer cancels within the 14day coolingoff period as permitted by law.

If installation has started and you choose to cancel the service element: You must pay for work completed up to the time of cancellation. Once installation is fully completed, the service element cannot be cancelled.
5. Labour Charges for NonStandard Work
- Standard electrician / engineer labour: £60 per hour + VAT
- Twoperson teams: £95 per hour + VAT
- Out-of-hours or urgent work: Quoted individually
6. Waste Removal (If Requested)
Standard installation includes normal packaging removal. If you request removal of additional waste (e.g., old cylinders, tanks, redundant wiring):

Any parking, permit, congestion zone, or access charges required to carry out installation at your property must be reimbursed at cost.
