Not included
- Electrical work. A suitable supply is required at the outdoor unit. If it is not there, electrical installation is £300 up to 4.2 kW and £500 from 5.0 kW. The isolator is outside the standard price.
- A longer pipe run, difficult access, or a non-standard outdoor position.
- Floor-standing, cassette or ducted indoor units
- Hot water, or heating and cooling for more than this room
