A later group is not a promise of lower running cost, lower noise, more features, or a higher price.

Elegance, Zen and Premium also have a small indoor size that connects only to a multi-room outdoor unit: Elegance 1.5 kW, Zen 1.8 kW and Premium 1.8 kW.
Premium Plus sizes are 2.5, 3.5 and 5.0 kW cooling, each with its matching R290 outdoor unit.
Plain English
What the features mean
Removes excess moisture
A dry mode that lowers humidity. On Ururu Sarara this is done without the same change in room temperature. On the other ranges it is ordinary dry operation.
Standard filtration
A dust filter on the air passing through the unit.
Silver allergen filter
An extra filter on the current Comfora, Perfera, Stylish and Emura ranges. It is not the same thing as Flash Streamer.
Flash Streamer
Daikin’s active air treatment, beyond the dust filter. It is not a medical-performance claim.
Plasma Quad Plus
Mitsubishi Electric’s built-in plasma treatment on Premium and Premium Plus. It is not a medical-performance claim.
Plasma Quad Connect
A separate Mitsubishi Electric device that can be added to Classic, Elegance and Zen. It is not fitted unless the quotation includes it.
V-Blocking filter
The filter on current Elegance and Zen models. It is not Plasma Quad.
Occupancy or motion sensing
Detects people and can send airflow elsewhere, or ease off when the room is empty.
Intelligent thermal sensor
On Stylish and Emura, extra sensing that helps direct warm or cool air. These two do not use the same sensor, and neither is the Mitsubishi Electric 3D i-see sensor.
3D i-see
One Mitsubishi Electric sensor on Premium and Premium Plus. It reads occupancy and temperature distribution. It is not two sensors.
App control
The manufacturer’s app, Onecta for Daikin and MELCloud Home for Mitsubishi Electric. It needs the Wi-Fi described for that range, plus your own internet connection.
Fresh air
Outdoor air brought in by the unit. Only Ururu Sarara does this. The other wall units recirculate the air already in the room.
Humidification
Moisture added to a dry room. Only Ururu Sarara does this, and it is separate from dry mode.

Good to know
Warranty
The manufacturer’s warranty, and Pretium’s installation warranty, are shown on the offer you select. The group does not set the manufacturer’s warranty period.
Groups are not cumulative
Balanced Perfera includes sensing and active air treatment that are not standard on Enhanced Zen. A later group does not include everything from an earlier one.
Matched pairs and multi-room
Ururu Sarara and Premium Plus are matched pairs. Classic multi-room systems use the Classic outdoor range. The other ranges connect to their own manufacturer’s multi-room outdoor units, up to the combinations listed for that indoor model.
Installation matters at every group
Room suitability, installation quality and a clear handover matter as much as the unit you choose.
